Thanks to all of you that came out to our Annual General Meeting! The turnout was excellent and we hope that this is representative of the turnout at all of our future events. For those of you that couldn’t make it, here is the Executive Powerpoint summarizing this years’ events and opportunities has been attached to this email. We are also excited to announce that we are now accepting applications for our Executive Team. We apologize for the delay in sending these out; it took longer than expected to get our email list from the USC. Applications will be due Sunday night at 11:59pm (October 6, 2013). The applications are quite short and they won’t take long to fill out. If you haven’t considered it until now, we highly recommend you apply. Successful applicants will be contacted for an interview next week. If you have a friend who is interested, be sure to pass the word along!
There are a variety of events coming up this month. You can look forward to our Prof-Student social, which will be held October 15th at 5 PM (location TBA). We also have a PSA Round Table (similar to a debate) and our annual Graduate School Session tentatively scheduled for later in October. More information will follow.
Lastly, for everyone who has not officially registered their membership with the PSA you can click here to apply online (a credit card is required to pay our $10 dues to cover the cost of our events).
